Georgi Atanassov - a partner in the firm, graduate of the Faculty of Law at St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University. Attorney since 1992, mainly in the fields of civil law and litigation, contractual, commercial, bank, company and privatization law. He has also specialized in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He is a long-standing Civil and Commercial Law university lecturer, Deputy Chairman of the Methodic Studies at the Sofia Bar Association, and an author of academic publications in the area of civil and commercial law. Prior to becoming member of the Bar, he was Chairman of the Isperih Regional Court, Chairman of the Fifth Regional Court, Sofia; the Deputy Chairman of the Sofia City Court.

Ina Loulcheva - a partner in the firm, graduate of the Faculty of Law at St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University. Attorney since 1986, practicing in the area of criminal law and litigation. A founder of the Bulgarian Lawyers for Human Rights Foundation, an author of a number of academic publications in the field of criminal law and procedure and a member of the Methodic Studies Council at the Sofia Bar Association.

Tsvetana Choukleva - a partner in the firm, graduate of the Faculty of Law at St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University. Attorney since 1978 practicing in the area of civil law and litigation, the commercial, bank and company law. She lectured “Principles of Law” at the University of National and World Economy. Member of the Central Elections Committee for the presidential elections in 1991 and 2006 and the elections for the European Parliament in 2007.

Vassil T. Vassilev - a partner in the firm, graduate of the Faculty of Law at St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University. Attorney since 1997 practicing in the area of criminal law and litigation. Prior to becoming member of the Bar Association, he was the head of the Fifth Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Sofia and a journalist. He is author of books, journalistic and academic publications. Petar Antonov - a partner in the firm, graduate of the Faculty of Law at St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University.
